WhatsApp Opt-In Guidelines
A user must consent to receive messages from your business. This can be from your website, app, email, SMS, retail location etc.
The opt-in system must be active, which means that it must be triggered by a user action such as entering a phone number or ticking a box to show consent.

User Interface
The third party channel chosen by you will display a checkbox or similar visual elements next to your WhatsApp number and logo. Users need to Opt-in to your business services via these visual elements. A customer must be clearly notified about the kind of information that they will receive. Users must be able to alter their numbers whenever they need to.
